exhibition – water, a challenge for the future

As part of Water Week at the University of Montpellier, two complementary exhibitions invite you to explore the challenges and beauty of water, this precious and fragile resource, through original approaches, presented simultaneously in two separate locations.
The Sciences Library is hosting the photography exhibition"Water, Challenges for the Future," initiated by the UNESCO International Center ICIREWARD in Montpellier, which combines photographs and videos by Mathieu Bourgarel ( The Lost Compass association). It highlights the climatic, environmental, political, and societal dimensions of freshwater management, a major challenge of the 21st century.
