New: reserve your workroom at IUT
On the second floor of the IUT, four work rooms (6, 8 or 12 people) are now available on reservation via the "Affluences" service.
Book your room in 3 easy steps:
Step 1:
Download the Bibliothèques Universitaires application (Library Mobile) to reserve your room: Google Play or App Store
OR go directly to the Affluences reservation page.
Step 2:
Reserve your slot using your @etu.umontpellier.fr e-mail address, then validate your request by e-mail.
Step 3:
Go to the library staff desk or to the student monitors with your student cards to collect the keys to the reserved room.
Important information:
- Your reservation will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes if you do not show up at reception.
- Slots are one hour long, with a maximum of 4 hours per day per student.
Use of the group work rooms must comply with the IUT's internal rules and regulations, and in particular with the following rules: no eating, telephoning, vaping or smoking. Please respect the premises, furniture and equipment made available to you. If you fail to comply with these rules, the staff may impose sanctions.

- computers for consulting catalogs and online resources ;
- office tools and free Internet access;
- photocopiers, printers and scanners.

The Learning Center offers documents in the following fields: construction, civil engineering, IT, electrical engineering, electronics, automation, mathematics, mechanics, materials engineering, business administration; as well as novels and comics.
