To meet the various needs for collaborative work and to complement the spaces that can be reserved through Affluences, the Richter and Sciences University Libraries provide group work spaces that are accessible without a reservation.

These rooms are intended for group work and allow for loud discussions, provided that other users are respected.

Terms of Use

To ensure everyone's comfort, please follow these rules:

  • The rooms are available without a reservation for group work
  • Loud conversations are permitted, provided that noise pollution is kept to a minimum
  • Videoconferences (distance learning classes, interviews, meetings) must be held in a reserved room or an equipped booth
  • Eating and making phone calls are prohibited in these areas

These rules help maintain a pleasant work environment that is suitable for everyone.
