To meet the various needs for collaborative work and to complement the spaces that can be reserved through Affluences, the Richter and Sciences Libraries offer group work spaces that are accessible without a reservation.

These rooms are designed for group work and allow for lively discussion, provided that other users are not disturbed.

Terms of Use

To ensure everyone's comfort, please follow these guidelines:

  • The rooms are available without a reservation for group work
  • Loud conversations are permitted, provided that noise levels are kept to a minimum
  • Videoconferences (online classes, interviews, meetings) must be held in a designated room or a fully equipped booth
  • Eating and making phone calls are prohibited in these areas

These rules help maintain a pleasant work environment that is suitable for everyone.
