Reserve a document
Is the document you need already checked out, or would you like to have a document transferred from one library to another?
Are you a doctoral student, professor, researcher, or student with a disability and would like to have a document set aside for you?
You can reserve a document or use the open access loan service.
Reserve a document:
- Log in to your digital workspace
- Select the "Libraries" tile.
- Search for the document you wish to reserve
- Click on the desired document, scroll down to the "Get" section, then click on "Reserve."
- Select the library where you would like to pick up your document.
- You will receive an email when the document is available at the selected library; it will be set aside for you for 7 days.
Using an undifferentiated loan:
The undifferentiated loan allows you to request a document from another university library.
If the document you wish to reserve is not available at your usual library, you can have it sent to you without having to go to another library by following the procedure above.
