Reserve a document

The document you need is already on loan, or you'd like to transfer a document from one BU to another?
Are you a doctoral student, teacher-researcher, researcher or student with a disability and would like to have a document set aside?

You can reserve a document or take out an undifferentiated loan.

Reserve a document :

• Log in to your ENT
• Select the "Libraries" tile
• Search for the document you wish to reserve
• Click on the desired document, then scroll down to access the "obtain" section, then click on "reserve".
• Choose the BU where you would like to collect your document
• You will receive an e-mail when the document is available in the chosen BU; it will be put aside for you for 3 days.

Use undifferentiated loans:

Undifferentiated loans allow you to bring in a document from another BU.

If the document you wish to reserve is not available in your usual BU, you can have it brought to you without having to travel to another BU, using the procedure above.
