Reserve a document
Is the item you need already checked out, or would you like to request an item from one library to another?
Are you a doctoral student, faculty member, researcher, or student with a disability who would like to have an item set aside for you?
You can reserve an item or use the general loan service.
Reserve a document:
- Log in to your digital learning platform
- Select the "Libraries" tile
- Search for the item you want to reserve
- Click on the document you want, scroll down to the bottom of the page to access the "Get" section, and then click "Reserve"
- Select the library where you would like to pick up your item
- You will receive an email when the document is available at the library you selected; it will be held for you for 7 days
Use an undifferentiated loan:
The interlibrary loan service allows you to borrow a document from another library.
If the item you wish to reserve is not available at your usual library, you can have it delivered without having to visit another library by following the procedure above.
