e-BU STAPS

Are you a student, faculty member, or staff member at the UFR STAPS?

The Joint Documentation Service is available at all university libraries in the network and provides a range of library services—some of which are digital—for STAPS students on your campus.

  • The“The Library Whenever I Want!” service lets you pick up items you’ve reserved in advance from the smart lockers located in the lobby. It’s also an easy way to return items. We’ll retrieve items for you from libraries on other UM campuses, including those from the STAPS collections housed in the Pharmacy Library. Instructions
  • Do you need help conducting a literature search, exploring a database, or formatting your bibliographic references?
Schedule an appointment with a librarian using this form: we’ll offer personalized support to help you develop the most appropriate research methodology and guide you to the relevant resources (in print or electronic format). The appointment can take place, at your convenience, via video chat or at a library in the network.

To browse the STAPS collections, visit the Pharmacy Library, where our staff will welcome you and help you make the most of the resources we’ve gathered for you.
All electronic resources are accessible remotely—after logging in to your digital workspace— via our catalog.

We're also here to listen to you:

  • For any questions via the UBIB Q&A service
  • Is the document you need not listed in our catalog?
    • Submit a purchase suggestion using this form.
    • Or request an“interlibrary loan”: we’ll reach out to our partners to obtain the book or article you need. You can choose the pickup location that’s most convenient for you from among the participating university libraries.
